The Leadership LEAP programme is designed to equip executive successors with the tools, resources and direction to develop executive-level leadership.

Through self-guided learning, group coaching clinics and individual coaching sessions, participants are supported each week around key topics and a structure that builds over time. Delivered virtually to individuals anywhere, in any time zone.
