Leadership Leap is a 12-week programme designed to support your executive successors and key-talent to develop greater awareness, increased confidence and the readiness to lead with an executive-level mindset.

Tailored for each individual, this programme provides personalised development within a supportive group cohort. Each individual is guided and supported to reach their unique leadership goals and achieve success alongside a group of like-minded leaders.

The Leadership LEAP programme is designed to equip participants with the tools, resources and direction to develop executive-level leadership.

Through self-guided learning, group coaching clinics and individual coaching sessions, participants are supported each week around key topics and a structure that builds over time. Delivered virtually to individuals anywhere, in any time zone.
