Leap is NOT a leadership programme

How it works

Each participant is partnered with a dedicated executive coach

Every leader has their own experienced coach who provides one-to-one support, challenges thinking, tracks progress, and personalises the learning journey to individual goals and context.

Learning is self-guided, applied, and reinforced through live group coaching

Participants complete short weekly video and worksheet modules, then, every 3-weeks they join a live 60-minute group coaching session to reflect, apply insights, and learn from peers.

Progress is measured and sustained through reflection, feedback, and accountability

Participants complete programme quarter reviews, engage their managers for real-world alignment, and track progress at pre, mid and final assessments— ensuring continued progress against both programme success metrics and individual goals.

Clearer Self-Awareness and Mindset Definition

  • Participants report identifying the type of executive mindset they want and recognising their own strengths, weaknesses, and blind spots.

Shift from Operational to Strategic Thinking
